Shipping policy

Most orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If you did not receive an order confirmation, please check your spam/junk folder.

Domestic Shipping Rates
Due to the nature of our website, if you purchase from different makers, your items may be delivered separately. My Vintage Marketplace is a platform where vendors use to sell their goods, each vendor is responsible for shipping the items to the recipient.

Some of our vendors may offer pickup or drop off. This will be specified on the vendor’s profile page and within the product description.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact the vendor directly. If you have not heard from the dealer please contact us at info@myvintagemarketplace.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If you are able to give us a residential address, please do so.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Due to the nature of our website, each vendor will have their own refunds, returns and exchanges policy which is highlighted in their profiles.

If you have purchased an item from one of our vendors and wish to return it, please visit the vendor's profile on the website to familiarise yourself with their returns policy. Each vendor has a returns policy specific to them.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when sending your return/exchange.

My Vintage Marketplace is not responsible for returns or exchanges, these requests are between the buyer and seller.
