Order Processing

Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully completed. You will receive an order confirmation email—please check your spam/junk folder if it does not appear.

Pickup & Delivery Options

My Vintage Marketplace operates as a multi-vendor platform. As items are sold by individual vendors, the following options apply:

• Pickup: Items are available for in-store pickup at Mitchell Road Antique & Design Centre. 

• Delivery Quotes: Delivery is not automatically included at checkout. If you require delivery, you must request a delivery quote. We will provide a delivery cost based on the item, size, and location.

• If purchasing from multiple vendors, pickup or delivery arrangements may differ for each item.

Order Status

You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is ready for pickup or with a quote for delviery. For updates regarding pickup arrangements or delivery quotes, please contact the store directly.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

As My Vintage Marketplace is a multi-vendor platform. Any return or refund requests must be arranged directly with the store.
